Constellations: what is involved?
A constellations event is always facilitator-led and confidential.
It begins with a short interview/conversation with the client/issue holder to scope the issue to work with. Then the constellation, or
'4-D' (because it includes what you can see, hear, feel and sense), work is done with markers or people representing parts of the client's system or situation.
It can be:
- in-person or online
- 1-2-1 or with a group
- worked with virtually, on the desktop or in
a large space, such as a rehearsal room.
Depending on the time you have available, it takes as little as the time it takes to have a cup of coffee - 20 mins, up to 90 minutes to two hours for in-depth work.
